The Razer Blade might not be a laptop that everyone would be interested in, especially with its hefty price tag. However, it still appeals to a few people and thus Razer finds it important for them to update the Razer Blade with version 2.0. You are still looking at the same product with the sleek looking aluminum chassis but its internals has been updated so that it would have all of the latest generation components instead.
The Razer Blade 2.0 will come with a 17.3-inch screen and an Intel Core i7 processor. In addition to that, you are also looking at the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M which is definitely a much worthy component as compared with the last-gen GTX555M. You will also be getting 8GB worth of RAM, 500GB storage space and a 64GB SSD storage. Last but not least, the infamous LCD Switchblade interface will also be made available on the Razer Blade 2.0.
The Razer Blade is anything but cheap and you may wonder if it is worth the price tag. The basic version comes with a price of just $2,500. For some, they might balk at the figure but as we mentioned before, the device still has its appeal to a few select individu.
